Our Story
We started with a passion for making our own spirits at home and our passion grew to the point where we decided to take the plunge and start the process of beginning our own distillery - Copper Rock Distillery
Studies
I studdied distilling through the I.B.D in England. Turns out there was much more to distilling than meets the eye...
The Distillery
We bought a building and filled it with the necessary equipment needed to run a successful distillery.
What we make
We currently make citrus gin, vodka, white rum, dark rum and absinthe. I enjoy the complex flavours each has to offer. We are always working on adding new and exciting flavours and products to our line up.
Eyes on the Future
The future of Copper Rock is exciting, we are consistently fighting to grow our brand and get it to more people. We strive to keep our customers thirsty for more.
